HOW TO ORDER:

Before you place your order, please ensure to fill in the following details in the 'Personalisation' section;

After your payment, a digital sample will be sent via email for your approval. Once you have confirmed that you are happy with the proof and spellings have been checked, the printing production will begin. Please allow enough time for the production process. All orders are packaged with the utmost care using eco-friendly packaging and recyclable materials. 

Due to the nature of the products, please take extra caution and handle items with care. Keep away from wet or hot surfaces to avoid causing damage to the product. 
 

Dispatch and Delivery

United Kingdom - We offer UK addresses free delivery on all items in the shop. Large signages are further discussed via email.

* 2nd Class Standard Delivery for all orders under £30.
* 1st Class Delivery for all orders over £60. 
* Fully Tracked 24 hour service for all orders over £100.

We aim to dispatch and deliver as soon as possible. Due to the handwritten process of the items, all orders take around 2 to 3 weeks to be completed and dispatched, depending on the volume.

Returns - Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, If your items arrived damaged in the box, please get in touch and provide a photo for proof in order to receive a replacement.
